“The L2 deep brown bronze is far more than just an iconographic diver’s watch. It is an elementary masterpiece of the cooperation between the Swiss designer Fabian Schwaerzler and Maurice de Mauriac. With the deep brown version, the wearer of the watch is closer to the elements and their power than ever before.”

Special characteristic

The clock of the elements: earth, fire, water, air

The L2 deep brown bronze is the most elementary watch   An earthy brown, as found in some freshly ploughed fields, meets bronze, the oldest man-made metal alloy. All this needs water. Bronze is also perfect against water because it protects itself and makes itself invulnerable against water. 300 meters of waterproofness go with it. The L2 deep brown bronze also measures the time we breathe the air, from the first to the last breath. A pathetic clock? Yes!

Special characteristic

L2 Deep Brown Bronze

The helium valve is a safety valve. When decompressing after a dive, helium can dosed out of the case of a diver's watch. Without a helium valve, decompression from greater depths could knock off the watch glass due to overpressure from the watch.

Special characteristic

Nightvision L2 Bronze

A really good dial has a perfect readability even in very bad and even completely missing light. For diving watches, this can be vital underwater. When it comes to water, it's extremely luxurious to always see the time no matter when and how you need it. The designer Fabian Schwaerzler not only relied on the best Superluminova readability. He rigorously reduced the dial for readability. In this reduction lies the whole power of the L2. And if many dials fail, the L2 is still reliably legible.
